Adventures of a Well-Being Superhero

During my final year project at university I researched positive psychology and well-being, and along the way I dressed up as a superhero called The Optimist for two months to find out if being giving makes you happy (it does). I want to communicate my findings to a public audience so that they can benefit from academic research. The outcome of the project was a toolkit and framework for going on an adventure into your own well-being including a guide, animated film and activity cards. The system for tracking your reasons for happiness can help you understand yourself better.

Read more about the toolkit here.
