Javier Mariscal at the V&A

This chair was next to the Jameel Prize. I think it’s part of the permanent collection – I think it was a new acquisition of the V&A though.

Javier Mariscal had a good exhibition at the Design Museum a few years ago, and also did a film at Ron Arad’s recent 360 degree installation at the Camden Roundhouse.


This is from dezeen – this was the entrance to his show at the Design Museum. Read that dezeen article, it’s got great images of the show, photography wasn’t allowed so I don’t have any images from it myself. Mariscal has some really cute work.
